About Fairfax Scholars
Fairfax Scholars K-12 Global Campus is the online campus for the Fairfax Christian School, an award-winning, international prep school located in the Washington, D.C., area, founded in 1961.
The Fairfax Christian School accepted our first international students in 1963. Since then, we have developed an intensive curriculum for English as a Second Language students who want to prepare for challenging universities. As the first K-12 school to receive the E-Award from the United States Department of Commerce for our work with our international students, the Fairfax Christian School graduates have successfully matriculated to top universities in the United States and around the globe. In 2020, the Fairfax Christian School began offering online courses for our enrolled students.
Fairfax Scholars uses the Fairfax Christian School’s original and curated curriculum taught asynchronously with experts in their fields and additional in-person teachers or online tutors and mentors.
